The third model in the Voyager series is the Voyager 80. This luxury yacht sees Van den Hoven launching into the world of superyachts, where design, finish, comfort, materials and looks are of even greater importance.
SUPERYACHT STANDARDS: VOYAGER 80 IN DEVELOPMENT
The client has big plans for his Voyager 80, which will be built as a true sailor’s boat for longer journeys at sea. The planning includes a trip to Scandinavia, Iceland and Greenland before heading down to the Mediterranean.
The Voyager 80 is a comfortable seagoing motoryacht in which safety and a robust construction quality played a prominent role in the initial design. A true eye-catcher, the modern yet timeless design features a spacious interior that is suitable for long stays on board for up to eight people and two crew.
The large flybridge features an outdoor galley for BBQing in the sun while enjoying the views. To make longer stays even more pleasant, the flybridge also features a second helm and comfortable seating as well as a full bar with stools, a dining table for six and sun beds.
Everything below deck revolves around comfort and extended stays on the water. The superior owner’s suite, for example, has a large bathroom, while the VIP cabin for two also has its own bathroom. The four other beds are located in two additional cabins that share a bathroom between them.
The crew will also enjoy a comfortable stay on board. The crew cabin has two beds with sufficient space in between, while the dedicated mess and bathroom guarantee plenty of privacy. The separate entrance to the crew quarters was designed in such a way that crew have no need to pass through the owner’s area.
