Owner’s council on the agenda
At Van den Hoven we are always looking for ways to enhance relationships with our clients and stay up to speed with how they’re thinking. It was during a recent meeting with a couple of those clients that the idea arose to establish a sort of VDH ‘owner’s council’ that would give them an even greater influence on what is happening at the yard. They could, for example, come together for an informal meeting twice a year to share some of Chef Lennard’s tasty dishes, discuss all kinds of issues related to the yard’s activities and explore how further improvements might be made.
Service, quality, innovations, communications, models, trade-ins, events… All this and more can be on the agenda as long as they benefit our clients. The idea is to change the members of the ‘council’ every year so that others have the chance to participate and we receive a wide range of input.
More information will follow in due course but we first need to find a name for this new group. Any suggestions you might have are welcome via email.
