OPEN DAY 1 October 2022
Following on from the success of last year’s event, we have decided to join forces with the same partners to organise another Open Day on Saturday 1 October from 11.00. This will offer you a great chance to meet fellow sailors, share tall stories about the summer season and exchange ideas for the future. The Open Day is a cosy event for all the family featuring tasty drinks and amuses prepared by our chef Lennard. And our industry partners will take the opportunity to showcase the very latest developments in the maritime world.
We very much hope you can join us at our yard where will we show you around the new Voyager 50 Coupé, which is 90% completed. There will also be new 3D-images of the Voyager 56 Flybridge on display and you can also check out the fifth Executive 1700 Mk2, which is now at the finishing stage.
Voyager 50 Coupé
The Voyager 50 Coupé is now very close to being ready for her owners and will be handed over to them in the near future. You can take a detailed look at this sporty motoryacht that may well inspire you with ideas for your next boat. And then examine the aluminium hull of the next 50 Coupé which is now well under construction.
Nice to know: Interested in being the proud owner of this second Voyager 50 Coupé by the summer of 2023? We can still at this phase take all kinds of personal wishes into account on a yacht that is an ideal weekender for fast trips as well as having a superior level of comfort for longer stays onboard.
Voyager 56 Flybridge
The fast Voyager 56 Flybridge is from the boards of the renowned superyacht designer René van der Velden who has been responsible for the all the models in the Voyager range from Van den Hoven. This new motoryacht has significantly more room inside and out than the 56 Fly, making it especially suitable for long and comfortable trips with family or friends. The flybridge adds an extra elan to the design that will ensure you feel very much at home in and around the chic Mediterranean harbours.
We currently have only one 3D image of the new 50 Fly available but there will be more to see at the Open Day.
Voyager 71 and 80
The enormous interest we have seen for the Voyager series has inspired us to start developing 71 and 80 versions. We would welcome the chance to share more about these exciting luxury yachts at the Open Day and you can admire the first sketches of the two models here and here.
Executive 1700 Mk2
The production of the fifth Executive 1700 Mk2 is well underway. This timeless motoryacht remains very popular with our clients and you could be the owner of this newest member of the 1700 Mk2 fleet. Obviously we will be pleased to give you a complete tour of the yacht during the Open Day and answer any questions you may have.

Hull Vane
In addition to the recently delivered Executive 1850 Flybridge, the new Voyager 56 will now also be equipped with the innovative Hull Vane®. The Hull Vane team is delighted to participate in this event and is on hand to answer any questions you may have.
The Hull Vane® is a unique product in yacht building, because it not only increases sailing comfort but also efficiency. With the “underwater spoiler”, energy from the stern wave is converted into a forward thrust, making the ship more efficient (and therefore quieter). The ship makes fewer waves and will pitch less in waves, which ensures a more comfortable sailing behaviour.
The Hull Vane® is a Dutch invention to make ships more comfortable and efficient. For the market of motor cruisers from 10 to 22 metres, mostly steel or aluminium boats sailing a maximum speed of about 30 km/h, the Hull Vane is very suitable. Extensive sailing tests have now been carried out, with and without Hull Vane®, and the result has been proven.
