First Voyager 50 Coupé delivered!
Early December saw us deliver the first Voyager 50 Coupé to her delighted owners. This new model in the Voyager series has exceeded all expectations and looks even better in the water than she did on paper. Designed by René van der Velden, the yacht performs superbly and is a worthy new member of the Voyager fleet. Her combination of elegance, space and comfort is perfectly in line with the character of the series, and the motoryacht features the clever layout for which all Van den Hovens are renowned. Glamour girl
As you will have noticed in the video, the 50 has a sporty look that appeals to a younger crowd, along with a stylish & modern feel. The yacht is ideally suited to the glamour of the French riviera as well as European rivers and waters with lower bridges. A single-level layout and low step make for easy accessibility, further enhanced by the aft deck, saloon, galley and steering position all being located on the same deck. The 50 is also a highly manoeuvrable boat that is simple to sail, moor and operate.
Sense the quality
Another highlight of the Voyager 50 Coupé is the exceptional degree of detail and superior sense of quality when you step onboard. The carpentry, furnishings, layout, installations, welding… Everything has been finished to the highest level. Moreover, sound levels remain low even at a speed of 22 knots, and there are no vibrations or other annoyances. The Voyager has been equipped with stabilisers that keep roll while sailing to an absolute minimum.
With its comfortable seating and good-sized table, the aft deck offers a lovely spot for lounging or dining with up to six people. It’s also possible to convert the seating into a large sunbed for two. The stern features a large storage space with an electrically operated hatch to store bicycles and the like. The hydraulic swimming platform can accommodate a tender of up to 3.85 metres. Wide and safe gangways lead to the comfortable sunbeds and spacious seating area for wonderful al fresco meals or drinks.
Interior comforts
The Voyager 50 has a comfortable interior and accommodates six while overnighting on the water. There is a spacious saloon with a well-equipped galley, plus three cabins and two bathrooms. As all Voyagers are built in aluminium the construction is exceptionally flexible. You can realise a yacht, along with its materials and equipment, that is totally in line with your wishes and demands.
