Open Day 2022
On 1 October we hosted the 2022 edition of our Open Day. A combination of beautiful weather and lots of hard work to ensure the day ran smoothly made for a great success. We were delighted to welcome a large number of people, including many familiar and new faces who clearly enjoyed the culinary treats by chef Lennard Wissink.
With three stunning yachts under construction, there was plenty to show our guests. Many were seeing the close-to-completion Voyager 50 Coupé for the first time and we received lots of compliments. The fifth Executive 1700Mk2 under construction was also a crowd-pleaser, as was the first glimpse of the new Voyager 56 Flybridge due for launching in the spring of 2024.
A range of well-known A-brands had been invited to enhance the event. Participants who hosted stands with their products included Raymarine, Mastervolt, DMS Holland, Hull Vane and ASA Boot Electro.
Hiswa te Water 2022
After two editions of the Hiswa te Water boat show had been held online due to the pandemic, around 30,000 watersport fans were able to enjoy the 37th edition of the event live and in person. Some 350 boats were on display in the waters of the Batavia harbour in Lelystad. To reward their long wait, both exhibitors and visitors were blessed with some glorious sunny days.
Van den Hoven Jachtbouw was present with our Voyager 61 , and we gave lots of tours onboard to interested visitors. These led to some excellent conversations about various future models of the Voyager series and we will definitely be returning to the Hiswa te Water show next year.
Welcome to BOOT Düsseldorf 2023
Van den Hoven Jachtbouw is looking forward to taking part in BOOT Düsseldorf from 21 to 29 January 2023. We’d love to see you in Hall 7A stand C11 so that we can share details of the brand-new Executive 1700 Mk2 which will be ready next spring, our Voyager series – the Voyager 50 (see video) was recently delivered – and the newly commenced build of the stunning Voyager 56 Fly (see images).
